Munich Water - it's a fine thing

For our last day in Munich we hire bikes and hit the Englischer Garten, a huge rural-like escape in the centre of the city. The highlight was the Surf Welle or Aisbach, which is a naturally forming wave that is surfed all year round. Riders just step off the bank and surf. Etiquette requires about a 30 ride and surfers alternate from one side to the next. So richtig and diplomatisch.

Chicken & spaetzle suppe, pretzel from Viktualian Markt

Market water pump in the middle of the Viktualian Markt. Munich has the best water in Germany, straight from the Alps I suppose.

Otto ordered a serve at the Viktualian Market in Munich.
